The detail behind each project: what I built, how it runs, and where it stands today.
Inventive's products and clients needed one place for support. I built the company's multi-tenant support platform and shipped it on my own, from the Next.js frontend and Frappe backend to the release pipeline.

Polls support mailboxes on a 2-minute schedule and turns emails into tickets, with threaded CC replies.
Keeps every client's tickets separate across agent, manager, admin and integration roles.
Books Microsoft Teams meetings from inside a ticket through Microsoft Graph.
Updates the desk live over Socket.IO, with notifications and an internal knowledge base.
Lets users of the engineering app report an issue directly through a REST API.
Signs staff in with Microsoft Entra ID.
Every push runs the tests, at 89% backend and 72% frontend coverage. Caching the Docker base image in GitHub Actions cut release time by 90%, and deployments have health checks and automatic rollback.
Enemtech's companies needed one IT desk. I started from a clean copy of Helpdesk and turned it into its own product: employees raise an incident when something breaks or a request when they need something, and one IT team works every company's tickets.

Employees raise and follow their own tickets.
Tickets arrive by email from each company's registered domain.
IT tracks every device and who holds it.
Articles are reviewed before they're published.
By email, plus WhatsApp where IT switches it on.

An engineer measures about 300 pipe-support drawings by hand in a 9-hour shift. Support Take-off reads each CAD drawing, matches it to the type on the client's sheet, calculates the side lengths and writes the client report. The goal is more than 300 supports in a few hours.

Client data is redacted in these screenshots.
Every length comes from the drawing's own geometry, never a guess.
Anything it can't prove is held back with the reason in plain words.
An engineer can mark a side once, and the tool measures the rest of that type the same way.
Nothing about a type is hard-coded, so a revised sheet needs no code change.
It runs on the user's own PC, so no drawing leaves it.
